On my first day of SIP, I learned how to code in HTML. We engaged in a class where we learned the basics of HTML, and then took part in asynchronous learning when creating our personal websites. I enjoyed getting to use what I learned to create the skeleton of my website, and I am excited to learn about how to change the look of my website tomorrow.
Today we learned about using CSS to design our websites. Although I originally struggled with understanding how to use flexbox, I soon learned and was able to use it throughout my program. I ended up straying away from my original design after looking at more inspiration. I had to try different background pictures before finding one that I liked.
